In a top-secret underground laboratory, scientists are conducting experiments on freeze hibernation for space tracel. When his associates are killed by freak accidents, project head Dr. Van Ness (HERBERT MARSHALL) asks the government for help. Suspecting sabotage, security agent David Sheppard (RICHARD EGAN) arrives to investigate. As Joanna Merritt (CONSTANCE DOWLING ) gives Sheppard a tour of the complex, it is learned that the entire lab is coordinated by NOVAC, a super computer. Further attacks occur in the form of heat ray beams and ultrasonic vibrations. Sheppard is unable to stop these scientific disasters and then two robots, GOG and MAGOG make the security agent their next target.
